Mr. Noah Tumfo graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Industrial Art and pursued two Masters degrees in Public Administration and Public Sector Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) respectively. He is currently a PhD student at the Department of Public Administration and Health Services of the University of Ghana Business School.
Currently, he is a Chief Director at the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources; a position he has held since August, 2019. He is an Administrator who has worked with the Civil Service for the past 23 years in both local and central government.
Between 2013 and 2018, he was the Director for Career Management in the Civil Service and doubled as the secretary to the Governing Board of the Service.
He is a professional Administrator and a Chartered Management Consultant. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants, Ghana (CIAMC) and the Chartered International Professional Managers, UK (CIPM).
He has expertise in Interpersonal and Motivational Skills Development, Leadership, Analytical Thinking and Public Service Systems and Procedures. He joined the Board of Directors of the Company in November, 2019.
